Aspen
The star-kissed creature makes her way over the ground with an odd little grace. That’s the way she’s always had—odd. It makes more sense to her that way, and it’s something that she can’t shake. Never has been able to, never will be able to, and it simply sits in her system in such a way… it’s great. Aspen is confident in herself, and that’s all that matters. A gaze that could draw anyone in… or startle the living hell out of them, could go either way. Different colored eyes, yet not completely, an oddity like the rest of her. Odd was good. Odd was one of the things she did best.
On easy strides she moves toward the water. Even in broad daylight, the stars in her coat glimmered. Her tail wagged easily as she made her way to the edge of the water and dipped in a paw, idly hoping to catch a small fish. It was a silly moment, a moment that wasn’t meant to hold weight. With Aspen, they rarely were. The creature was looking for an easy meal, a sort of small snack. As the fish swam on by, a part of her wanted simply to watch. Why disrupt a process that held a sort of beauty that was all its own? Didn’t make much sense to her.
So she’d lay with her front toes in the water and watch the day go by instead. Seemed legit.
