He had protected her, as he promised, showed her the Lagoon. He had been the opposite of what she had heard a Lagoon stallion was like. He had been friendly, a bit sarcastic, but in an enjoyable way. She already missed him, his quirky sense of humor and his quips that made her laugh. A heavy sigh escapes her pink lips, but she knew that she would probably not see him again. He had his life in the Lagoon, and now she had hers, here in the Forest. She wanders through the Forest, unaware of where she was even heading. She had not gone far, when an unfamiliar scent wafts into her nostrils. Her cerulean eyes search the darkness, who was there? She quietly stalks through the underbrush, searching and following the scent.
A unfamiliar chestnut mare stands idly, Cae quietly stalks forward. As the distance closes between them, she halts a safe distance away. Close enough that she could hear her voice, but far enough away that if the mare became hostile, Cae would be able to defend herself. "Hello. My name is Caesisus, I live, erm here in the Forest." She was terrible at introductions, plus today it seemed particularly worse.
