Al Ratliff Sr passed away Sunday night about 7:30 PM. We had him in a VA sponsored Foster Care home His funeral will be a graveside service, I believe Thursday afternoon. The arrangements are not certain at this time. I will let you know when it is settled. Any one that wishes to attend is welcome. If you have any questions, my cell is 813.846.0168

I called. The funeral is this Thursday at 1pm at the sunset memories memorial park,from 301 its n of busch about 1/4 of a mile on the right. You will pass a ball field and a canal
When asked the cause his son told me he was 93 yoa and that he had been in and out of VA facilities for more than a year Replies: There have been no replies.
