Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Nord
take these broken wings and learn to fly
Even though Nord wasn't making eye contact with her, the wolf could feel Celeste's harsh gaze upon him. He tried not to let it intimidate him- after all, that was simply her nature. His ocean blue eyes glanced at her briefly as she noted his lack of a stutter, and a small smile tugged at his face. He was quite happy that she had noticed. For some reason the fact that Celeste noticed made him feel a weird sort of pride or something. He wasn't even sure what the other thought of him as, but he did consider her a friend. Did friends make your face heat up all weird like? Nord hadn't really had many friends so he wasn't sure.

Celeste's bluntness didn't bother him, if it had than he would have probably been a lot less excited to see her here. "Well, after we met last time, I took your advice and stood up straighter and talked slower." the grey and white wolf explained, his soft voice sounding slightly excited. "And I guess as I got more confident it just went away." Nord finished, glancing over at her again, trying to hold her gaze for more than just a few seconds. Interacting with others was still hard but certainly a lot easier than it had been. Most of the time he didn't really know what to say, but he found that other wolves were more understanding than he had expected. And not all of them wanted to kill him or anything either.

Her next words caused him to nod. It certainly hadn't been easy. "It's a process, for sure." Nord agreed, his tail giving a small wag. "But it's all thanks to you! If you hadn't come along I don't think I would have ever tried to fix it." he said, looking over at his companion. "So... thanks."
