Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

sister of warlow, dam of sven *adopted*

this is her in blackouts

It is so nice to hear his voice. How is that after such a short amount of time she can feel such a strong connection with him? In truth they had only spent time in each others company but twice yet they made the most of each time. Hunting together brought out a certain bond, the kind that demanded a literal trust between them for survival. The night spent beneath the stars and spilling their secrets and past had been consuming. The way they had lain next to each other, bared their soul, and shivered in the smallest touch. The memory left Natu with a certain breathlessness, the need to be close to him again, closer even than they had before, to finally let go of her bitterness and loneliness. To gently let go of the loves of her past, her children and mate, haunting figures that had never really diminished over time.

Natu is not surprised to hear that Talieson dislikes Fenrir. Abandoning a child, even for reasons such as Fen's, was a thing not done lightly. A thing that could scar the tiny heart of a dependent until only bitterness remained. Likewise the taking of a child, she thinks, for Sven had been robbed of the life he could have had in Taviora. She had taken him away in her own grief and madness and sentenced him to a life apart. Everyday she would remind herself that he had forgiven her, that he had chosen to stay and had slowly begun to put his trust in her. It was a gift beyond measure.

"In time he might forgive you, whether you seek it or not. Still, some things cannot be undone," she replies calmly to him feeling as if he does not seek comfort and nor does Natu offer it wholly. There is always a truth to Natu's words. At times that truth can have a keen, sharp edge, but it is tempered with compassion.

The moment she presses her chest into him and buries her nose into his fur she can feel him stiffen. Her eyes are pressed close tightly while she angles her head so that one ear presses into his body to catch the speeding heartbeats, though at this moment she does not know whether it is her own heartbeat thudding through him.

Ever so slowly she can feel his own head wrap around her neck, the way his chin presses into her body, the feel and smell of him enveloping her and Natu sighs into his neck, her chin rubbing into him as if she wishes to be closer. His growl is met with her eyes jerking open and a shiver coursing down through her body, his words are like fire to her heart, burning through her. "And you are mine, Fenrir," she replies, her voice almost a purr in approval.

Not Natu begins to pull back from their embrace, her cheek rubbing against his as she does so and her pale blue eyes meeting his own pale green ones so that only a breath separates their maws when she stops, hearing his last words with a coy sort of smile. "You are a tempting sort of darkness."
