At the sound of Halina's voice, the femme had slowly turned to face the eboness, her gaze uncertain and nervous. How do I know you wouldn't hurt me? Her vocals trembled, warbling each word. Am I really that bad at hiding? The stranger sighed and Halina laughed.

"If you were trying to hide, then yes Darling, there is definitely a lot of room for improvement." Slowly, she slunk her way forward, movements smooth as to not frighten the poor lass even more. "And really, I suppose you don't know for sure that I won't... but realistically do you not agree that if I wanted to hurt you, I would have already? I was able to sneak around to the unprotected rear of your retreat without your knowledge. If I wanted to injure you, I had the perfect opportunity to do so." Briefly, the opposing fae tore her gaze from Halina and to the overly large branch she had broken - she must not know anything of the ways of the world. She had difficulties remaining silent, and took her gaze from her opponent, both of which made her easy prey. She was lucky indeed that it was Halina she had come upon...
