The boy personally didn't really know why he was here, nor did he really care. Few things ever fazed the boy, and this wasn't one of them; in fact the boy was somewhat excited, the swamps were much different than the ravine home he was used to. This was a new adventure for him and a break from exploring the hidden canyons and caves that lay within Diveen's borders. The swamps were warmer than the world outside of Iromar, warmth seem to roll of marshes much like heat seems to roll off wounds; that very warmth mixed with the colder air to create the fog the pup was now exploring in. His russet ears flicked at a sound of splashing from the dark waters, causing him to wonder if it was caused by the big greenish reptiles his mother had told him about before she had went away. He harbors no ill will towards either of parents for leaving, after all they were big wolves and could make their own decisions; and surely they thought he'd be fine being one and in a pack. In fact it was almost impossible for the boy to have a grudge; grudges were too serious for him and didn't suit him well. His lack of seriousness is probably why he had yet to decide his path within the ranks of the angels. He wanted to be an assassin like his father but that required a lot of serious training, and anything else he'd likely be a liability for. Hence, his wait to become able to become serious, yet remain himself. Splash. Being too busy in his thoughts, he hadn't realized until it was too late, that he had just walked straight into deep muck. The mud seeped through his tri-colored pelt causing him to shiver involuntary; climbing out he noticed most of his white fur had been dirtied.

Shaking his head to free it from heavy thoughts, it wasn't like him to get stuck in deep thoughts like those. His sunset orange eyes observed the area around him, looking for fun. His eyes land upon a creature not yet known to him; it had thick dark brown fur, buck teeth, a flat tail, and it was headed for the water. His white, red, and black form immediately rushed forth heading the strange creature off; once in front of it, he immediately dropped play bowed with a playful yip. The strange creature retreated a few steps, before turning and scurrying the opposite direction of Lucem sending him into a fit of giggles. The boy, with a joyous bark, ran after it; but before it got to black waters of the other side he put on a sudden burst of speed and cut it off. Letting out a few more excitable yips, thinking nothing of anyone's peace he might be disturbing. He growled playfully, lightly batting the creature with a muddy white paw; his bright orange eyes alight with mischief, daring the flat-tailed animal to do something other than run away.
