Name: Aiden
Age: 1.5 years
Gender: Male
Eye Color:
To say Aiden's eyes are heterocromatic would not be a stretch, but it wouldn't be quite right, either. There are two very distinct colors in his eyes, but they do not seem quartered. In fact, depending on the angle they are viewed from, the split of red and blue seems to move -- an irridescent nature. It is the highly reflective trait of his irises which causes this illusion and, in fact, the two hues are rather evenly distributed. But, when looking into Aiden's eyes, it will always appear that the left side is a brilliant shade of rosy cadmium, while the right is a particularly rich and true cerulean blue. If you look at them from a left favoring angle, the split between the colors will seem to favor the cadmium, and from the right it would favor the blue.
Appearance:
When he is fully grown, Aiden will stand at 40 inches tall and will weigh 175 pounds. Despite his unmarked, bright white coat, he is timber wolf by breed and is therefore built taller and leaner than his arctic look-alikes. He has an average build for a timber wolf, though he trends on a stronger side of lean.
There is a gracefulness about Aiden's features which can be a bit disarming. He is not quite so chisled or boxy in his jaw and and head as most males are and, instead, sports a streamlined shaped that is almost feminine in nature. And with a coat that is soft and whispy at the fringes, Aiden has, perhaps, a softer profile than most males. He is, however, every inch muscle under that soft, plush coat.
Personality:
Young and naive though he is, Aiden has proven able to provide decently for himself. There's a brilliance about him that can be difficult to see at first, hiding underneath youthful abandon and playfulness. It is easy to mistake him for a dim, blithering pup, but he is more intelligent than one might think and rather hyper aware of his world.
Being thrown from his former pack may have him a bit jaded, but he is resilliant and determined not to let it get him down. He's the type to ambiguously quite obviously pretend everything is perfectly fine and make that silver lining shine like gold with humor and cheer despite being in the worst of times and feeling like throwing himself off a cliff. Getting him to talk about how he feels for real is like trying to wring water out of a stone.
Aiden is far from unfeeling, though. Despite being tight-lipped about his inner strife and despair, he is an outgoing boy, charming and friendly enough. He's a realist at the core, but that doesn't stop him from being chipper most of the time.
History:
Aiden was the bastard son of his former pack's alpha, born to a young omega female who died during his birth. Aiden was unaware of his lineage until just recently, as it was kept a secret between the alpha and his beta, and his mother had kept it silent through her pregnancy under duress. He was raised by the lower ranks of the pack as a whole, with almost every female acting as his mother.
He was a well-loved and happy boy during his first year, but, shortly thereafter, the alpha took a young mate from a nearby territory. She had found out about Aiden's blood, even as he was unaware himself, and quickly grew to despise the boy for his potential role as heir should she fail to give the alpha a son. It caused a great deal of stress in the pack and took a great toll on Aiden's self esteem, as he did not know why she outwardly hated him so much. The stress came to apprecipice one day when the alpha's mate publically called the boy out as a bastard child, and the ripple it sent through the pack was so turbulent that the alpha made a call to have Aiden removed.
The decision was made for him to be sent to a neighboring territory where an neutral allied pack would take him in. However, bittered and overwhelmed by the whole ordeal, Aiden gave his chaparone the slip and took off for... anywhere. He just wanted to leave all that trouble behind and go somewhere far, far away.
Aiden's been on his own for about a week now, traveling steadily as the crow flies. He doesn't really have a clue of where he's going, nor does he have any grand plans for himself. He's just giving life a whirl and seeing how things go. Really, he hasn't had such a bad run in the last week, though... it has been a bit more quiet than he's used to, and certainly more than he would like.
Imprintability:
Able to imprint.
