Whispering Shadows thought while the two wolves wrestling. Once his beautiful mate had beaten her brother in the match, he sighed softly, his black fur glistening. "I haven't been going anywhere specific." He admitted. "I have been to just about each place in Blossom Forest except for the place others call Mating Dens and Adoption Meadows."
He thought back to his travels. Surely if the yearlings were to keep living with their sister longer, the two of them would need to find a quiet place to settle down for a little while. Rainbow Cliff, or Misty Mountain would be to dangerous and cold for the yearlings, although, Whispering Shadows had scaled both mountains a few times easily. As he was thinking, he came down to the two choices of Leisure Lake or Blossom Field.
Leisure Lake was a beautiful place to live, with other wolves around for the yearlings to meet. They could swim when they pleased, and it was close to the Prey Plateau. But it was somewhat a threat because it was close to Quarrels Clearing, and the Cavern of Secrets which was said to have dark secrets within. If one of the yearlings became adventurous, they could wonder away from the two when they weren't paying attention and get caught in a deadly quarrel, or become lost in the dark cave.
Blossom Field was peaceful. It was close to the Sacred Stones and Staircase Falls. Staircase Falls would make the best water source for the small group, since it was the freshest, cleanest water in all of the Forest, but it was also close to the Mountains. Not to mention that at one point, a deadly fire broke loose and scorched half the land. Painful memories would always haunt the sooty soil in that section of the field.
Whispering Shadows decided he would leave the choice up to Alisen, she was the female and had siblings of course. He looked at her, his blue eyes glowing. "I guess we could we could live either near or at Leisure Lake or Blossom Field, unless, of course, you had somewhere else in mind." Replies:
