Actually Chris, I just spoke with John, and unfortunately he's not ready to take over.
However, there is one person who I think would be perfect for the job. John Goodman! Think about it, he's been with Stateline for several years now. He already sponsors the winter "big bass" tournaments, so he knows how to run a tournament and the finances. He's an active member at all club meetings. And...he's retired, so he has a little more time on his hands than most of us.
What do you say Mr. Goodman, will you accept my nomination? I know you already have a full plate running the big bass tournaments, but I think you're the man for the job.
