After running several clubs with some having up to 200 members like the tidewater Monday night dart association here is what all clubs I have been involved with have in common. Prior to the new season a meeting was held to review all bylines and rules. Can do this as a social event or post on the web with an acknowledgement page at the time. These items should be made available to the members in advance of the meeting. At that meeting we would review everything line by line to discuss, amend if needed all items changed. Once there was a majority agreement to the bylaws and rules were reached a final vote was taken. At that point no changes or discussion was allowed regarding this subject until the next season.
