Istas had been trying to figure this out for weeks. As an information gatherer and spy it was his duty to now figure out who murdered the queen. Did Istas like Lillith… no she was terrifying, but the boy of all white did like his Alpha and liked doing his job. He hit a road block, and cursed himself slightly for being so slow. He was unable to find the scents of the assailant upon the scene though late he could only pick up three scents there. Two were well known to him and two he tended to avoid, females were never in Istas’ comfort zone, the boy was much more content to hide and keep his distance as best as possible, but males. Well. He had a little secret regarding that, running into Renegade might have put a skew in his perspective. Renegade was trying to show him how two males could love one another and it was wonderful. And Distracting.

The skinny wolf though was hard on the case lately. Traveling around the area and thinking spinning around and trying to figure out what happened. One wolf came, killed Lillith and took Siren? There was a blood trail leading from the scene but the smeared scent was certainly not that of the Iromar princess. It was confusing and conflicting. There was no way Siren would harm her mother, something else must have happened. He sighed pacing around the edges of the pack that were his home. He did his best not to smell too strongly of the swamps anymore to better make his way into the hearts of strangers.

He looked off in the direction that he recalled the trail went, off north and the only packs north were Spirane and Taviora… Perhaps there h would find his answers but he would not go further without permission from his leader. He was certain his Alpha wanted vengeance, Istas knew if someone killed Renegade he would, wouldn’t he? It was still confusing but he did like Renegade, he wasn’t sure if it was love but the time they spent together was nice when they got the chance.

Permission though to fully test his theories were needed though to do anything. He had to get his brain in the game and quit thinking about the nomad male. He began his hunt then, trotting across the lands in search of the behemoth that was his alpha. He knew better than to summon him, it was hardly polite when Istas was a welcome member. Istas moved about tracking down the his alpha and soon he found him.

”Lord Andras!” the boy called forth to stop the great male. He dipped his head in greeting looking up to the male waiting for acknowledgement before he would go on with requesting permission to seek out Siren and Lillith’s killer.
