It was with bated breath that she awaited whatever verdict Haven would unveil to the boy. Natu could not change her mind, nor would she, once the girl had chosen. She had placed some well-chosen words to them in hopes that it would sway the girl in a more genteel manner for in Natu's experience, this was a gift from the gods above. For some reason the pair needed each other even if they might never know it. Those were the secrets of the universe, so vast and uncomprehending, and Natu would be their guiding light. A gentle nudge here, a soft word there, encouragement to help grease the wheels on this merry-go-round.

Haven seems to ease into Natu's touch and Natu cannot help but feel a sense of pleasure at that and the way that Hollowpoint looks to her for guidance. It has been such a long time since the youth have looked to her with that confusion on their face, the need to be reassured of something, and she quite likes having the knowledge to help them. They are older, of course, but it reminds her of this upcoming winter. Fenrir had mentioned children and the word sent a bolt straight into her gut as she tries to remember what it felt like to have a swollen belly full of life.

Natu almost knows exactly what Haven is thinking. She hides it well, maybe, but Natu has many years on the girl and the quick way with which she talks to assure Hollowpoint has a smile on Natu's face. She tries to smother it but the joy that brightens the boy's eye means that she cannot keep it hidden. He will be a loyal companion to Haven. For now they would become friends and in time, once they grew to count on each other, who knew what kind of fairytale their lives would become? It would not always be like that with every couple and it may not be like that for them, yet the possibility was there.

She waved her own tail happily at the peace offering between them and the eagerness in their voices. To leave now would be to put a strain on their relationship - they would fall once more back into that awkward area. Besides, Natu would enjoy spending time with them, frolicking and getting to know both Haven and Hollowpoint better. "If you do not mind, Haven, I should like to accompany you as well," she speaks softly, smiling serenely at the girl and glancing at Hollowpoint as well. If Haven should agree then Natu will follow her a half step behind so that Hollowpoint might fall in beside Haven if liked.
