Cold weather was relaxing to her, being from the north it reminded her of the places she had been to be the land she now wandered. The cold also had its dangers, and even though Moladion winters were far tamer compared to where her existence originated, they still had their dangers. If she were to join a pack the danger would be greatly lessened, however she was sure if heart or wandering spirit could take it. She was used to moving, almost too used to it.
She never thought of any type of relationship beyond friendship, not that they were a real possibility in the first place. Niviaq was on of very few who have gotten past her barriers; for anything beyond friends and close friends, to get past so barriers she doubted anyone would have such will. Niv had once told her Spirane was much how she described her first memories, though they were vague, she wondered if she would like to experience them again.
She had been completely unaware that she was being watched when she had successfully chased and caught the rabbit. She only noticed the other, who was rising slowing from the grass, when she looked back it as a habit. The girl had a beautiful flawless white coat, and stunning blue eyes.
As the other approached, Spirit turned towards her. She fidgeting anxiously but still waiting, since the other girl seemed friendly enough. It took her a moment to register what the white she-wolf was saying, luckily she remember others who spoke in such ways, from her pack days. Originally being from a nomadic pack, even when she was young she had been around many different wolves who spoke in many different tongues. "N-N-Nice to meet you Ailith. I-I-I'm Spirit, do you really think I’m a good hunter?" She stumbled over her words slightly, though she hadn't meant to sound prudish. She gave a small smile, and asked, "Do you want to share? The rabbit I mean." It was always easier for her to make friend over a meal, and it wasn't as if she minded.
