Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

The End

this is the end

It's always nice to get out and meet new faces. I like meeting new wolves and I think this one will be a good ally to have some day. He's already proven himself useful, what with knowing about climbing mountains and such because he lives in a mountain pack. I wonder what else he knows about that could help me out. If he's into hunting, I bet he's an apprentice with someone in his pack. Would they know Forfax? Do packs swap information between trainers or does each pack have their own way of doing things? I can understand it if they do since each pack has a very different terrain and the prey vary accordingly. There are probably mountain goats and such in Spirane and there are gophers and rabbits in Diveen and alligators in Iromar. But at the same time, shouldn't packs share information so everyone knows more and benefits from it? It only makes sense to me.

I can't help but roll my eyes when he mentions angels. Sure, I've heard the term of angels in Diveen. Who hasn't? Heyel is pretty proud of his bloodline and yeah, maybe he should be but I'm an outsider looking in so what do I know? Kane is my half brother but most of the time it doesn't feel like it. I think the only thing we really share of our father is his pitch black coat, except I got Natalya's silver coloring on my paws. Kane only has half the gold in his eyes, blurred out by the bright blue in the center of it. Mine are dull flat yellow but at least they're more like Devil's. I may never understand my father or why he does what he does but I'm still proud to be his son. He may have done some crazy shit in his life but he already did some really brave heroic stuff too. He was undefeated as an alpha and he loved both Kiska and Natalya with all he had. It may be crazy or downright sick but at the same time, I know it tore him apart to be in love with both of them.

Maybe some day I'll have someone to love that much, but hopefully it'll only be one wolf cause I don't think I could stay sane if it ended up being more than one. I shrug lightly at his comment but nod my head.

"They can be pretty proud, some of them. They like to look at their reflections a lot and groom their coats. Natu sounds nice. I was mostly raised by my trainer Amir and his friend Voltaire."

I prick my ears eagerly, hoping that my moment of sharing will let him know that he's not the only one who may not know his parents as well as he'd like to. Or maybe he doesn't want to know his parents. Oh well, I don't want to pry. I nod in response to his next comment.

"Yeah, they are pretty much normal like everyone else. I think so anyway."

Sven moves closer but I feel pretty comfortable around him so I don't mind. He tells me that he hasn't explored much because something bad happened to him. I scowl in concern but I feel this is another sharing moment so I go with it.

"I went on a hunting trip with a wolf from the pack, Sulan, and got attacked by a rogue wolf. He wanted to eat me but he bit my leg instead."

I turn my body to show him the samll scars on my back leg. My ears flick back a little.

"I was scared too for a while but I think it hurts more to be afraid to try new things."

I shrug, hoping it makes sense. When he asks what I do, I smile, glad to be talking about something I like.

"I'm kind of learning both actually. I've been training to be a warrior with Amir for a while now and I'm also training with Forfax to be a hunter. I'm not sure what I want to specialize in so I'm trying to learn as much as I can."
