While Aithne continues to do the formal greetings with our guest from Hell I simply observe quietly. Sometimes being the young pup has its benefits. No one ever watches the quiet ones. I am used to slinking through and learning by what I watch. My royal purple eyes seem to barely trace the various scars that are etched within his frame. He is like my Mother in this way. I always lost count when I would count the various marks on her flesh as they dug deep into her skin. The obsidian of her pelt only seemed to be much darker with each scar outlined and traced with grey bringing a sort of magnetic look to her appearance. Especially with her face. Mother’s face was completely ruined, but it looked so lovely to me, how could I forget. The old claws across her face was met with a sister like image from the claws of a mountain lion she helped kill. Mother was never weak and she taught me this. I have only the marks from Tobias amongst my flesh and Andras told me to be proud of it- I had survived a true monster. As I watch how Aithne interacts with him I am not ashamed that he doesn’t even give me a second glance. I catch the eyes from Aithne and I subtly tilt my head down in agreement, following her wordless orders.

As Aithne makes room for him to enter I follow up behind keeping my eyes on him while Aithne leads the way. He is from Hell. He is a true Demon. Something my Father could never be. I hope he does not treat me as he would have if Chael was here. When we manage to meet up with Andras near his lair my face remains impassive as I catch him lounging in the water. It is a bit slightly cooler in the swamps and I haven’t a clue or reason as to why he would be like this. While Aithine introduces the new Demon to the Lord of them all I manage to move my sleek frame between Andras and the newcomer. I move to sit on my haunches, sitting up straight as my eyes linger on Andras for a moment. I know I cannot wag my tail in greeting, it is not a formal thing to do, so instead I dip my head low slightly in respect. No one had bothered to introduce me and I hadn’t bothered to introduce myself. I am sure this…Malacath didn’t really care who or what I was, only that I stay away from him. I turn my smartly framed skull around to the new comer simply waiting to see what he would do and if Andras would truly take him.
