She dreamed of paradise 2; MUTT; 16’3; DEAF; RURISK x INDY
The desert life was rough, but weren't horses good at adapting to different climates? Carisa had struggled for a bit until finally living in such a humid place hardly seemed like a bother to her. Usually around this time her body would be preparing itself for the winter but instead her coat remained thin and shiny. She doubted she'd get much of a fluffy coat here; not that she minded. The desert had become her home.
Every day Carisa would do her rounds through the land, remembering the different ways to get to the main oasis. She had also watched the snakes that called this desert home (from a distance of course); trying to figure out how to tell if one was close when she wouldn't be able to hear a rattle or a hiss. She'd yet to figure something out and so she decides to go question someone. Cari couldn't bring herself to approach miss vesti and wake her for answers to her silly questions, so instead she treks after Orhan's faint scent. He'd been gone for a while, and she had to wonder where he went off to. Not that it was any of her business; she just worried.
Eventually she finds herself staring out across the ocean. She was thankful for the light of the moon guiding her way. Her blue orbs search the dark waves, unable to make anything out. Looks like she missed him them. As she goes to turn and head back something pale out of the corner of her eye catches her attention.
Stopping she looks over, ears flicking forward in curiosity. There, a little ways down the beach, stood Orhan. Maybe she hadn't missed him after all. She calls out to him before heading his way at a slow jog, kicking up the sand as she went. "Thought i missed you," she says as she comes around to stand in front of him, eyes going to his lips.
