At Grai's appearance Soda perked up even more, moving away from the girls who were eyeing the ocean as if they were thinking about swimming back; and they probably would have if they weren't tired.
"Girls", Soda calls to them to get their attention. Their groans could be heard as they turned to face Grai as well, emitting their own welcoming nickers before going back to mumbling among themselves. The palomino snorts her displeasure, but dismisses their behavior with a flick of her tail as she greets Grai. She brushes her nose against his neck, closing her eyes for a moment.
"That sounds nice," she comments pulling back, brown orbs looking to his. Hearing him welcome them home sounded like pure heaven to her. Soda had been bounced around too much in her life, so it felt nice to actually have a place to call her home now; but she knew the cold island of Tinuvel would always have a special place in her heart. "Let's leave them to explore," Soda whispers, casting a long look at the fillies before looking back to her stallion.
She smiles his way, hoping he'd get that she wanted to be alone with him. Having been nosy Alethi heard her mother and was quick to nudge Naomi down the beach, deciding she didn't want to stick around and watch the adults snuggle; Naomi couldn't have agreed more. The girls had better things to do, like making their escape plans. "Looks like we're alone anyway," she laughs, reaching over to teasingly nip at Grai's skin.
