The badger's flat back shuffled as she tried to shrug. She sniffed at Anatola's satchel, interested in it's craftsmanship and the aromas of the other plants hidden inside.
"Well," she said, "Fire might help dry it out faster, just don't go overboard. I don't believe charcoal is a useful medicine. As for nerves ... hmm." Off the top of her head Wart couldn't name the herbs she knew. It was something she would only remember if she saw it with her own eyes.
"I'd have to take another look around." Wart turned to begin a new search, but stopped halfway. An annoyed groan steamed from her mouth. "Ah, yes, of course."
Wart plopped herself right next to the same nettles that pricked her tongue. She nudged her head in the leaves' direction. "Here, right in front of us. Leaves will help, dry or fresh. Just have to pick them off ... somehow." The badger made a few swipes in the air with her paw, trying to figure out which angle would be the least painful to trim the nettles from. When a gentle breeze brushed by, the leaves appeared to bend over with laughter.
"Bugger," Wart said, giving up. She slashed the nettle at the roots. Their prickling wasn't as evident there, surprisingly. Wart scratched the stem a bit to peel off the skin, making it tame enough to be carried with her mouth. Wart then brought the nettle over to Anatola.
"Careful with that one then," Wart said, giving the wolf the option of accepting the bothersome plant. "It'll help, but you have to show your dominance." Replies:
