Whispering Shadows glanced nervously at Sunny, and the disapproving gaze his love was giving Centauri. He watched his sister touch noses with the large mate, glance over to them, then settle down beside her mate.

"That is Alpha Centauri. Although he isn't an Alpha, he was the first born of his parents Aquarii and Luyten. Their group, The Stars adopted my sister into their group. The main purpose of them is to breed until the perfect, strongest, and fastest wolf is made. My sister isn't like the other females in the group, but she is close," he looked worriedly at his mate. "You would fit in just fine among the group."
He glanced at Centauri who was sitting now, staring out across the lake. Suddenly, he whipped his head around, and brought himself to his paws. He swiftly trotted over to them, his ears pricked and head high. As he drew himself to a halt near them, his eyes swept from Whispering Shadows, to Alisen, then to Shadow and Sunny.

"Greetings," he said in a deep voice. "I am Alpha Centauri. From what my mate has told me, you are her brother Whispering Shadows. Is that correct?"

"It is, and this is my mate," Whispering Shadows growled softly as he introduced his mate, showing the other male that she was his. "Alisen, and her siblings Shadow and Sunny."

"Interesting..." Centauri mused. His eyes fell on Alisen, then quickly he swung his head to the side to look at Shadow. "Shadow and Alisen seem to have the bodies of the females in my group."

Whispering Shadows growled softly, and pressed against his mate. "Is that so?"

"Indeed," Centauri said coldly, shooting a glare at the black male. His eyes narrowed and he met Alisen's eyes. "Who were your parents?"
