Raylan stands 41 inches at the shoulder and will weigh 195 pounds when fully mature. He has an athletic build that is evenly lined with dense muscle throughout. His fur is of average length and thickness, but rather soft and plush to the touch. His coat is a thick marbling of, russet, medium brown, and white, almost like a thickly painted brindle. A large splash of white starts behind his shoulders and tapers quickly down his back, and all four legs are white and begin their brindling above the elbow or heel. White also splashes above both eyes, lines a pair of russet ears, dusts his underside, and tips his tail.

He tries to be an easy-going kind of guy. Unfortunately, his size has always seemed to attract the worst kind of attention. Whether it be an angry bear or smug ruffian, something about the way he looks tells them, "Come and get me!" Maybe it's just his size, maybe it's the flashy coat, or maybe it's a combination of both -- whatever the underlying factor(s), they're beyond his control. Just like having a mean, deviant old bastard for a father. Really, there wasn't much to keep him back home, and Raylan will insist there's not much to talk about on the subject.
