It is very freeing to play with Niviaq like this. Neither one was in their youthful prime like many of the mountain inhabitants. That is not to say that they were old, merely ripened with knowledge. Playing with the young was fun but at times it felt imposing in a manner. With this female before her she did not feel foolish, trying to relive the days of her own youth, she felt invigorated. She had recently begun to stretch out and meet those of the mountains and to cultivate relationships with them. It seemed this was the perfect set up for both females to learn more of the other and enjoy doing so.

Her ice blue eyes narrow at Niviaq's gasp, ears pointing backwards as she leans in to catch the delightful words of her host and her tail rises up suddenly, fur with it as she stands tall and growls. "They will never succeed!" She declares in a voice of bravado though her lips twitch as she battles with her own need to giggle foolishly.

She catches sight of the way Niviaq's eyes slide past her and narrow and immediately her playful demeanor drops as she cranes her head around, completely serious and in the zone. Until she realizes her friend's intent, the tension in her muscles relaxed from their coiled state. She was, after all, the Spider and she had to be ready for all manner of intrigue. She glanced back to catch the wicked grin of her playmate and met it with her own, her tail swiping across the air like a scythe as one paw lifts and slams into the ground. "Bah, never as swift as us and not so stealthy methinks!"

Niviaq bows and darts off and Natu is at her heels. She glides across the ground with prowess and grace for running and traveling, they are her companions and one favorite hobby of hers. She shoots out in an arc away from Niviaq so that the female darts straight at the rabbit who, in terror, backpedals and spins. It launches itself straight at empty air only to find jaws snatching it by the ears and unceremoniously tossing it into the air in the direction of her playmate.
