As Cedric was stalking the rabbit that the vixen was also following, he noticed her eyes, and thought to himself how interesting they were… two separate colours, which was very peculiar in his opinion; a quality perhaps more common in huskies. Unfortunately, his slip of mind meant the rabbit had enough time to slip away, and he watched in dismay as it darted from both fox and vixen. He instinctively ran straight after it, although surprisingly the female had already beaten him to it, teleporting on top of the rabbit. ”Hey!” he called jealously, as she began to pad away with the prey he had been tracking.

However, his cry was cut short as she looked over her shoulder with a gaze that invited him to follow. The red and black boy flashed a very pointy-toothed grin and bounded after her, his tail flicking in amusement. He paced himself without really wanting to catch her, only follow: he would not be hurting this vixen, as he hadn’t seen a fox of any form in quite a while. He tended to feed only from wolves, male wolves at that.

The vampire left a trail of neat little footprints behind him in the snow, a superbly intact display that seemed to follow the same exact pattern. His movements were swift as he chased after her; as a fox, he was more jumping than running, his whole body leaving the air during each individual bound. Of course, it was almost necessary to jump in this climate. As he followed Bandit’s Rage, he playfully attempted to jump on her; a more powerful leap than usual was performed and he intended to tackle her to the ground to cease her speed. Then perhaps he would invite her to hunting a better kind of prey…
