Onawa'
if the eyes had no tears, the soul would have no rainbows

tehila KONA
"Iyaya toki, Kona" speech

A soft breeze ruffles the remaining leaves of the willow tree, a few leaves float down from the tops of the trees. They scatter themselves across the broad spotted back of Onawa'. The rain patters around her, then a familiar sound reaches her ears. That of another horse approaching, her ears swivel atop her head. A familiar voice breaks through the fog, his voice quiet. She figured that he did not want to startle her, with his voice, so he whispers. Her eyes pop open, she swivels her head to look at the handsome spotted stallion.

"Valentine, I fell aslepp." She nods towards the mother willow. "Mother casasa, has given me a place to rest." She smiles at him, her smile lights up her blue eyes. He had been kind to her, ever since the moment they had met in the commons. Oh naive, Onawa'. I know what this stallion wants from you." With those words, Kona , begins to chuckle. Soon his chuckle turns into a mocking laugh. She pins her ears back in to her ebony tresses for a brief moment, expressing her displeasure at his words.

"You have a beautiful tiya'tani. " She nods her head towards the Praire that surrounds them. It reminded her of home, from the long praire grasses to stands of trees scattered throughout. A few tresses of her dark forelock fall into her eyes, as she stares out at the rain that falls around them. She swivels her head back to the spotted stallion, she was curious of why he had wandered away from his growing herd. She was but, one mare.
