So absorbed in the beauty around and the comfort of her siblings it is too late when she notices they are not alone when impact strikes. Fluttering eyes pry open to reveal once again she is sprawled upon the low grass and soil, confusion apparent in her eyes that is until angered words catch her little ears that instinctively lower at the tone. A slight whimper as an aplogy stutters from her lips,
"I-i'm sorry, forgive me." At those gentle words does she finally look up to see another little girl, so very pretty. A shy and unsure smile on her lips as she moves to stand, ears flickering at Vaddy's tone as a tug at her heart has her glancing towards her Illa. Though she does not speak, there is a tie between the two and the rise in Illa's ire has her sending her sister a reassuring smile as if to say no harm done, all is well. It is then the small child look back to the new addition, curious for mommy had told her others were near she just didn't realize how near.
It is then the dam breaks as more pups come tumbling out after the girl, different voices and different colors. She is almost overwhelmed at first, her little heart pounding at the vulnerability of being around them all. On instinct she leans into Vaddy, pale green eyes watching them all in amazement and yet a little fear. The warmth of her brother and his strong self ease her. As her little tucked tail seems to wag slightly between her legs. It is the first boy, Alex that speaks next. Snapping at her Vaddy for scolding his sister and despite her trepidation soft and gentle voice speaks up.
"It is my fault, please don't get mad at Vaddy." Buffering the blame on to herself should he decide to take action on Vaddy's tone. She would not have any of her siblings at fault for something she had done, she had been too distracted to realize she had been in the girl's way hopefully they would forgive her for that.
It is her comment of mommy's anger at them out of the den that provokes a topic change as little ears listen with ease to the chatter that spills. Vaddy says it is daddy we should worry about since mommy is still healing from her booboo's. Yet the little girl cannot even fathom her daddy being mad on his hunt day as she smiles at the thought of him. It is the bump against her from Illa that causes her head to turn as pale green strikes against her bright ones, silence despite the words between them. She relaxes at the meaning, knowing Illa was right and mommy surely could not be to upset, though a gift would help. It is the words from Arty though that causes the little girl to gasp loudly. Who cares what mommy thinks? She looks at him in shock, unsure how to take that for she always cares what her mommy thinks.
It is then she prys herself from the protection of her brother to step cautiously amongst the mix of children. A innocent and shy smile on her lips as her little tail wags. As she finally joins in the introductions.
"I am Semele, it's very nice to meet you all." The sincerity in those words is real, even with the slight tension at the beginning as the little girls finds herself relaxing and finding comfort with the four new little ones. It is then she turns to Illa a brave look in her eyes as she turns and directs them to Anke. Carefully moving towards the girl before pausing,
"Would you like to come with me and Illa?" Taking a breath as she hopes the little one will not reject her,
"We're going to get mommy a flower, maybe you can get on for yours too?" Perhaps her bravery at asking her stems from the silent shield beside her, Camilla. Without her she knows she would have stayed glued to her brothers.
As if not to seem rude she extends the offer to any of them about, though she doubts the boys would find any interest in picking flowers, though she never said she would not get one for each and as she waits for Anke to reply she cannot help the tinkling laugh at the image of the boys with a blossoming flower on each ear, as she happily sighs and finds her heart swelling to accommodate them all.
