Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

He had begun to take less that greedy bites for he doubted any would be fool enough to disturb him. Yet; the rustling of brush alerts him a soft growl escaping his maw while he continues to eat. Why should he be bothered by something that could be less than a coyote? Still the creature nears making him curious he abandons the remainders of the fawn now alert. Golden and violet eyes peer into the brush as a dark pelted creature just barely is seen darting through the woods. The urge to chase was instantaneous although he was not certain why.

Perhaps it was on curiosity alone that Nogitusne follow the dark creature. Has something spooked it? Maybe someone even… Yet even the thought let him to question why they didn’t seek aid from another. No, he must be wrong. He growled at the wolf hoping just to catch the attention of it. He had little desire to harm them, but he did want to know why they are interrupting his rather peaceful day. Well, maybe that was not as true as him ruining it, but still remained a good excuse in his mind. Easily he darted through the trees and thickets to keep up with the creature. He was not swift and agile as some and having eaten a large portion didn’t not help the matter.

The thing about running with a full stomach was that the stomach did little to approve of such things. He slowed to more a jog feeling the nausea setting in. “Enough. Why is it you run?” He questioned rather loudly. Perhaps it was not their custom to speak first but he was not to keen on tradition anyways. He took to standing still now looking in the others direction even though the desire to pursue the stranger was strong he felt it was enough chase, he simply wanted answers. He wouldn’t mind getting a decent look at the stranger either and perhaps he would be rewarded with their cooperation.
