I'm very sorry to hear what has happened, Cake. It's disappointing to hear that somebody could treat somebody as strong, funny and loving as you in such a way. Please try to remember that somebody who can be so cruel cannot decide your worth.

If you ever need any help finding services and support, I am more than happy to help. I can provide you with my email, Facebook, whatever to make contact easier. Unfortunately, messaging overseas is very expensive and I don't want to put either of us through monetary stress! However, I am more than happy to help find shelters, support services and even put you in contact with people that can help start donation funds and find you temporary accommodation if you need it.

The world might seem like a dark, turbulent place at times but it is full of love, care and support. Even people who do not know you will support you - you aren't just a mother or a woman, you are more than all of that. You are amazing in the eyes of not only your daughter but every other person that knows you. Remember them when things feel just a little too tight.

Reaching out and asking for help is a brave, amazing thing to do. You are amazing just for doing that among all the other reasons. We are always here to listen, however, if you want or need help, there are people out there who can definitely do more than us. I will provide you with a short list of places you can easily call that can listen, help and help give you some direction.

Please, remember that your health and wellbeing comes first (along with your daughter, of course, who is just as much a part of you!). Self care always comes first. Never feel ashamed or scared to seek help; forget the stigmas attached to therapists, helplines and anything else. You decide what help you want and need - nobody else.
