Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

He felt pathetic- honestly, he'd rather just be full of rage than be smothered by this oppressive sadness. It was like a dark cloud that hung over him, blocking the sun from warming his fur and leaving him shivering and cold. Renegade had really thought that he had found something with Istas, as fickle as the white wolf was, had hadn't expected... this. The more that he dwelled on it the less sense he could make of the whole situation, and the worse it made him feel. The sad creature sighed again, dark ears falling against his skull. Renegade knew that he couldn't dwell forever on Istas, he would have to move on and find someone new... again. But trying to picture himself with anyone else was almost impossible, and Renegade was troubled to admit that he really loved Istas.

Renegade's nose twitched as the wind blew another scent towards him. He let out a low, barely audible growl- the brute was definitely not in the mood for company. He raised his head as the skinny wolf approached, his crimson eyes watching the other as he circled around him. The smaller male narrowed his gaze somewhat as the stranger chose to take a seat in front of him. He would be cordial, but he couldn't promise much else.

Something about the male was slightly offputting, but he was... handsome, in a strange way. He exuded a certain sort of confidence and dignity, and despite his current despair, Renegade was intrigued by the stranger, in a way. He would simply see how this played out. He tried to straighten up, though his usually bright crimson eyes were still dulled with pain.

"Yeh." Renegade agreed, his gruff voice heavy. He tried not to make it apparent as he scoped out the male, trying to figure him out as much as he could. But he was certainly not at his best, and his eyes roamed half-heartedly over the other for a moment before returning to meet his gaze.

"Does it matter? Regardless a' who it was, the water is still deep and rough." He tilted his head slightly, though his body posture was still very much listless and tired. "I'm Renegade." the male offered. For some reason he felt comfortable enough to share his name with this stranger, perhaps it was his soothing voice or the fact that Renegade was simply to desolate to really care.
