Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Sinclair
Then the Strongest Heart Grows Old

It was quite in Glorall lately, but Sin supposed that wasn’t new. Many wolves were so scarce flicking between the borders and sometimes not here at all. It made the mostly white male’s job easy at least. Though he wondered what would happen next. It seemed Cersei’s siblings were almost clambering to meet the bar to become their father’s heir, and it was funny seeing as what brought Sinclair to Cersei initially upon their meeting was she being the future queen. Nowadays he could tell that wasn’t her goal, but he wasn’t sure what it had been replaced by. Of course if he was wrong and that was her intent he would forever be her shining knight there to lift her up and help carry her to the throne that she so desired as a younger girl. Adulthood brought upon many changes though, ones that Sinclair wasn’t always expecting but that didn’t mean he disliked them.

He always knew he would be fiercely loyal to his mate and best friend. It had been that way for a long time but he worried that things were going to grow stale if he didn’t change something up soon. She was always so adventurous and rambunctious, not able to simply stand idle like how he had been, so easily able to just stand back and observe at a distance rather than be in the fray. A wall flower, an introvert. Things he most certainly was though his shell had been eased away slightly in time it would never melt away. So Sinclair was happy watching as the wolves of Glorall did what they did rather than step in. However today would be different.

He moved towards the Den he and Cersei shared, wondering if she was home. He hoped she would be around, he had some big plans for the day after all. Today was their second anniversary and that wouldn't ever happen again. His tail waved about his violet and red eyes scanning the lands for any sign of the red pelted female. He had some ideas to make this day special for the both of them. It had been two years, two wonderful years though admittedly them coming mates didn’t change anything much other them sharing a den and having a few other perks that generally came with having a mate. Except children, not yet, though something he certainly wished to discuss someday, maybe later today, but first he had to find out where Cersei had gone.

Black and white toes trotted towards the den but he still he didn’t see any sign of her yet. She wasn’t far he hoped. He knew a while ago she had thought about going to Diveen but surely she wouldn’t go without him. His family was there after all and it would have been nice to go together so that he could show her around and have her meet them. Again another day, another thought. She was still here, there were still plenty of places to check she just simply wasn’t here right now.
