Sure everyone had their own problems. It’s funny that both of them had parents, originally, that were imprints. He didn’t get to experience that all-encompassing feeling of being on the outskirts of the family. Maybe it was why his brothers slowly disappeared; they felt out casted like she did. One thing was for sure though that Sven, Grayson, didn’t have to experience that. He was still very small after all when the fates changed his whole world around, setting him on the course where he was taken and raised by Natu where his whole life led him to be depressed and miserable for the first part of his life. It didn’t change really, soon as it started getting better she met Fenrir and he guessed then he truly felt how Ravenna did now. Outcasted, in the way, only a trouble to the female and the start to her new happy life. He was pretty sure Natu cared about him, but he knew he brought her nothing but trouble to her new life and Fenrir was… strange, it felt ike he didn’t want to share as much as he clung to her and hovered the one time they did meet together.
Awkward… the boy made everything awkward and he knew it. It was best for him to get out of the way, he was like a child born of a previous marriage or life, something like that he supposed only he was the only one and he had no siblings to share in the experience with. It bothered him now that he had told his blood mother he wished to stay with Natu in Spirane only to be left by her. She went to join Asteraia he thought, the place where Fenrir had been staying before meeting her, proof enough to him she wanted to start anew even if he didn’t hear it out of her mouth. It was enough. Dying felt easy at the time, he wasn’t sure if he wanted to do it again, though he was sick… in pain in more ways than the girl before him could ever imagine. It was easy to do it the first time, but he had failed, maybe he should try a different way if he did since apparently his body felt the need to believe it was a fish and brining him to this hell.
Maybe this was his punishment, maybe this was his reward? He didn’t know he just knew his body ached and twitched uncomfortably and how the gashes scattered over him were starting to bleed out now that they had no water to flow into instead. Maybe those weird herbs would kill him, he certainly did feel a little better he supposed, but not get up and move better. Her eyes though, did they burn into him like always daring him, challenging him. Well she might regret that once he was better. Sure right now it was easy for her to act tough, act like she had the better of him, well once he was better she might be in for it, perhaps she wasn’t thinking that far ahead though, that he had trained with Sleekwing, that he was a warrior of Spirane. Not that he would tell her he was from Moladion at all….. There were lands outside of Moladion he could claim to be from them, a whole new life, a whole new story, he was Grayson now, something she affirmed when she called him that, strange on the ears though somehow he felt it was right.
Of course she had to jeer at him, he made it all to ease for her, not having the strength to really fight it anyway. Well least he made someone’s day better he guessed. Painfully trying to stand up again as she explained that weird herb butterbur should help him get moving. Soon he was standing on his longer white legs. Right now he didn’t look like much, having just taken a dive off a cliff and surely still a bit ill from whatever disease took over him. Rib poking slightly beneath his rather average fur, his face was the shadow of the handsome one he was supposed to have right now. Something he was simply born with nice angled and obviously masculine in all ways, though currently wasn’t shining through it would only be a matter of time before the rusty girl saw what a gem she had really found.
Once on his legs, he looked at her, giving a deep sigh and clenching his teeth as he steadied himself. ”Just… take me wherever.” He grunted still in pain feeling blood from various parts of his body oozing slightly and feeling dizzy all the while. He wobbled slightly, world spinning bumping into her several times before the world seemed to settle and stand straight again. Ears hurt. The water in them certainly not too great for his inner ear’s balance at the moment. Another thing he would just have to handle.
