The Canadian wildlife people (Yes they actually pay attention up there to this) Estimate that there are possibly over 800 cougars now in Ontario. Nova Scotia alone has over 450 credible reports that go back over 50 years. A lactating female was road killed in Quebec. Kittens were killed in Cape Breton and Ontario. Females with Kittens in Maine and Vermont. And we are supposed to believe that there are no females? Total estimates in the east/southern Canadian provinces run from a total of 500 to 1000. Its time to get down to earth here folks, they are there and expanding. Replies: There have been no replies.
