Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

the only way to get rid of
temptation is to yield to it
She was pleased to be by her sister on this day. She did enjoy following her around at times. Her sister was one of the only one she knew similar to her, the rest being rather large creatures like the female wolf that stood before them. Belhara did not mind the closeness with her sister, despite how different their personalities were. Najira took more after their father in many ways, taking on his manner of speech and the general air of a confident quietness. Belhara did not mind being a bit more...forward, a more aggressive voice on their behalf.

The larger female's response was odd, but one that did peak her interest and her silky black ears. Nobody is normal? Well, certainly there were unique traits about everyone, just as the stars have told her before. She was of Demon touched with the silver lake of stars- something unique among her blood just as her sister was cloaked in brown. The circumstance was something she did not immediately understand about the older wolf's words, and she wrinkled her nose as her bright blue eyes stared into the even toned adult, shoulder leaning gently into her blood sister.

Belhara straightened up a bit at her sister's words, one ear angling towards her for the best listening. She did indeed understand what her sister meant, and it did cause her blackened hackles to raise slightly as she continued her stare at the stranger. It was a defensive raise of her body in response to her sister.

She did pay close attention to the female as she responded. The dark head of the fae did turn in response to Starshade, blue eyes narrowing slightly as her lips bled into a sly grin. It did not matter to Belhara that the female scanned the horizon for parents who would not come, she would speak her mind on the matter.

"We do not search for what we already are, question is, what are you, hm?" she demanded, her voice sleek and confident, yet with a bite at the end of her tone. Her wet nose leaned in a bit, taking a step forward with her flamed red leg. She would inhale her scent and remember it well- this stranger from the outside world. She could only image how many of them are out there, and perhaps she could shed some light upon the matter.
