Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

SHE’S A MESS OF GORGEOUS CHAOS open

Though it’s been man years, she wants to see her father. She knows damn well that Thane disappeared, that he disappeared a long time ago. Bane had disappeared a long time ago too. She has a hope that someone has herd from the strange man with the rattle in his chest, and the reason that there’s a chill on her shoulders. Father daughter relations weren’t their thing, but that was okay. She could still be curious. She could still demand information. Bane was big enough—they couldn’t push her around. They weren’t allowed to push her around. She won’t have it, even if she’s a girl. What a laugh. What a laugh a divide like this was.

She moves toward the Lagoon, a strange ache in her chest for her gold champagne brother. Bane and Stratton, final children, children of the damned god and the unholy ghost. That was what mattered. They had half siblings any direction in which you looked, but more importantly they had each other. They had each other until they didn’t. That was why she was here. She wanted her brother back, and if he was in this Lagoon, she would pull him out herself. It would be with claws and teeth, and Bane was okay with that. The rugged creature was brilliant.

Her head tosses and she yells. The green eyed monster wants someone to acknowledge her here, and she’s demanding it. They will come and see her. They will come answer her questions. She will not be patient, and she begins to move deeper into the strange place that reeks of sweat and something… something else. At least Bane can be someone else, something else, too. That’s the best part.
