Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

SEVEN - NONE; HEART - NONE; SOUL - HUSH

The nights had begun to grow chill and with it came a sort of burning within him. The deer were already rutting, eager to stake their claim on the choice flesh of the does, and he had watched them from afar with curious eyes as they glower at one another
. They fought for the right but why should he ever fight? He would take what he wanted. It was the way of the world; the strong and the weak. It was tempting to travel to the woodland realm and seek out his imprint. He had been so close to convincing her to go with him. The way he had hovered over her and demanded more from her, he knew she had responded to him, had felt the way their bodies urged them to greater passions. Yet she had slipped away at the arrival of her daughter and that too left an image. He would like to punish the girl for her interference and at the moment, well, she could be used for much sport.

Earlier he had hunted and felled a young fox, ripping into it's lovely russet fur and tearing into the gamey taste of it's meat. It didn't matter really what it tasted like. Shivershade had eaten a lot worse and he had not managed to spy any other wolf with a fresh kill close by to steal from. That was the thing about being so large like him. He could get what he wanted so easily and it often suited him to take from others.

He traipsed through the woods with the easy gait of a predator, stopping to sniff the markings of other wanderers with distaste before meandering onward until he caught the scent trail that was feminine in nature and very recent. His tail lifted and his chocolate eyes glanced around before he follows after. The fallen leaves blend in with his tan and brown coat. It would be so easy to stalk through the woods but he doesn't try to cover his sounds as he follows her trail and finally spots her alabaster figure laying beside a tree.

She is so small, so dainty, and there is a feminine beauty about her that can be beguiling to many he suspects. His lips twitch into a wicked sort of smile as the rapscallion pauses before her, staring down at her with his tail raised. "A fair maiden in my fair woods. What a pleasant surprise. Yet you are all alone. Do not tell me you do not have any suitors are your paws?" His voice is deep and rich, not yet hard and demanding as he could be as he awaits to find out if she is truly alone.
