Another week ??? Good Lord I must be getting older.Anyway leaving Chtown Hotel 7:30am for an 11.3k run and then to Beanz for coffees.Also tomorrow some "Very Old Lady" is celebrating her ??? birthday at the Grand Holman tomorrow night .I believe all are welcome to drop by and give regards.See you there.
