Retired TFR Driver Engineer Louis Swann, half brother of Retired District Chief R.Avery, passed away on 3/4/15. He was a decorated Vietnam Veteran.A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday 4/12 from 2pm-5pm at the North Hillsborough Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 8908 Lake Sunset Dr. Full information is available at www.floridamortuary.com.
