It looks like there is behind the door negotiations going on. It seems that the landlord wants the schedule to be run, but under his certain terms. Meaning someone must leave to go ahead with the season. A person needs to fill this position with landlord having the final say. Which comes to the contract. Give and take is the only way to get this problem solved. Final say is all the monies that are invested and could be lost in the future.
