Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Her heart pumped with anticipation because now that she was out from under the watchful eyes of her parents - as well as the cautioning tones of her siblings - Ankh could truly have an adventure. The cream boy seemed to be having one of his own and why couldn't she join in? It wasn't like she was going to drag him back home? She didn't care why he did what he did. Ankh's cares included only that of her parents and her siblings and maybe a few of her distant relations, like her cousins. After them all she cared about was herself. For being so young and small she held herself in high esteem. Ankh could discern from her mothers sweet murmurings that she was beautiful, her white markings that dripped from her eyes like tears and flushed down her dark russet and black back making her memorable. She tried - often in vain - to keep her bottom teeth tucked beneath her lips but when she grew concentrated or excited they tended to poke out, much to her annoyance.

Pale eyes catch the flash of his sharp teeth in his own brusque grimace yet she does not stop her chase of him. Ankh doesn't care that he might not like her following him. To care about it meant she worried at what he would think, which would discredit her belief that she was incredibly wanted by everyone. The two children both had incredibly large egos rested on their tiny shoulders.

She scrambles to hold her position poised on the rocks with the sun flaring against her dark coloring and highlighting the white markings on her as she waits for him to beg her to help find some dragons. Pointed ears flick back flat against her skull as she glares at him quite suddenly, her tail rising up in a fluffed manner of indignation at his words. Did he think he could just turn his back on her and walk away? NO! "You couldn't crush me if you tried," she sneers at him, leaping onto a rock and following his movements anyways. "I doubt you could crush a lizard. I bet you are scared of them!" She taunts him in between darting between rocks to try and shorten the distance between them.

He could be mean all he wanted. She was coming anyways. "My mom already told us we might be moving somewhere else, so I'm not worried. If I was a coward I would still be back at home." She lifts her head in a prim manner now with a sly smirk on her face. "Are you worried for your mom?"
