Breeding

Where the magic happens...
Wanting your own adorable hoard of fluffy puppies? You’ve come to the right place!
In winter, parents post their stats (alongside any other relevant stats such as grandparents etc.) in the below format. Staff then roll dice to determine if you conceive. If you do (congratulations!), Staff will then roll some more dive and perform some magic in order to produce your puppy stats.
You can view how we do that magic right here!

Certain prizes, such as ‘Pick Your Own Litter Size’ and ‘Custom Stats’ must be used before Stats are posed, whereas ‘+1 Puppy’ can be used after. If in doubt, check with Staff!

Once Stats have been posted, players may post in response claiming and naming puppies. Once spring begins, the mother’s player must reply to the thread with a link to their ‘birthing post’ on the appropriate date unless an extension has been requested.

Parent Stats
* post for both father/mother
Age:
Height / Weight:
Eye Color:
Body / Fur Type: (be detailed! long, short, thick, whispy, scruffy fur; brawny, willowy, wide set ears, a tail that’s a little crooked – everything helps!)
Fur Colour: (be specific with markings, and include references if you want!)
Other Stats (Optional): (for example, parents and grandparents; siblings; anything ‘cultural’ such as special markings in their bloodline etc)

** We include the option of grandparent / sibling / etc stats in order to help produce unique puppies even if a pair are plainer coloured. For example, two pure white parents don’t leave much room for exploration but with additional family stats, we can bring in new traits!

Pup One (Custom Stat by Sol)
Female
Healthy

Eye Color – Both eyes are a bright gold-copper colour.

Coat Color – Her base colour is a snowy white just like her father. However, silver-grey hairs begin over her muzzle, sweeping back over her and cheeks before draping across her body into a saddle of sorts. This grey continues down her tail. She has a messy diamond-like patch of white furs on her forehead. White can also be found on her hackles, where the longer guard hairs lighten down the back of her neck. At her Throughout the silver, a cream colour intertwines, concentrating over the top of her skull and forming a dorsal stripe of sorts down her back. The tip of her tail is black. She also has a very narrow line of black in the corner of each eye, giving her a very slight eyeliner look. Reference

Coat Type - Average length and thickness, though it becomes longer around her neck, spine and tail. Her guard hairs are long and wispy, giving her an ethereal feel.

Height/Weight- 35 inches / 137 lbs

Body Type – She is an even combination of both her parents. She combines her mother's svelte, delicate frame with her father's athletic muscles, giving her a smooth, streamlined build. Her features are soft and girlish, her legs long and her waist neatly tucked. Much of her strength is concentrated in her legs, providing her with a rapid take off speed and surprising endurance. She is a fine looking thing, taking heavily from her grandfather Heyel. She has a natural air of femininity, but don't get on her wrong side.

Pup Two
Female
Unhealthy - Sterile

Eye Color – A pure beautiful gold. Plain and simple.

Coat Color – Her base coat is the same dirty gold of her grandfather. She has white that takes up the whole underside of her body, running over her cheeks and down her chest, legs and stomach, then they very tip of her tail. Sienna markings can be seen running up the bridge of her muzzle fading out between her eyes, covering her ears, then she has the same blanket covering her back as her mother does, simply a different color. Reference

Coat Type – Her fur is very long, wispy and smooth like silk. Similar to her mother's it will always give her an elegant look.

Height/Weight – 28in/98lbs

Body type – This girl is the epitome of femininity. She has a perfect fine body with curves in all the right spots. She has long legs and dainty paws and takes after her mother in terms of build and face. She fast on her paws and take a bit of a nip out of anyone who annoys her, but never really be much of a fighter.

Mother's Health: 2/10 - Though the litter size is small giving birth will be no easy task. The first pup with her size will tear her way out of you nearly literally. This will cause some internal bleeding and you will be nearly pass out while trying to give birth to your second daughter. Thankfully her size doesn't make it more difficult on you. After the birth you will be very weak for a long time and will have anemia that will only exacerbate problems. Because of this you may have a hard time feeding your pups should you not receive the proper care. During this time you need a pack, mate or imprint to help you out until you fully recover by late summer or fall.
