Bmh can you tell me the rules for fishing below spillway.Was up sat and got 2 keepers and 4 cigars,but saw several guys throwing lures with trebles on them.I thought you couldn't use them because of the ease of snagging during spring run.Also saw a couple of fish under 15inch [saugeye] and they said no size restrictions below the spillway,only the lake .Any clarification would be useful.
