Re(2): The Forum

I'm about to finish up another Mr. Pyn story. That will make four. The strange thing is I don't like writing murder mysteries. I love the character but I find it very hard to craft a good mystery. I've found new respect for those of you that write in that genre.

I recently finished an SF that deals with the repercussions of another universe colliding with ours. The different laws of physics in the two universes create bizarre anomalies that the main characters must deal with.

Do any of you get ideas that you're really excited about then after you start writing it you lose interest? I've got one that is based on the lyrics of "Life During Wartime" by the Talking Heads. I just can't seem to find the energy to pull it out and finish it.
