I watch the protectiveness, the apprehension in both wolves, though neither is willing to admit such. I feel more predator coming from the female than the male, she shows nothing, she is dangerous. White hackles raise as the male seeks to challenge me it seems, but I make no move to counter his display. A sudden switch in behavior leaves me stunned, his tail drops even as my own rises to meet the position he creates, and though this may be a rumored beast, he seems nothing more than a teddy bear in this moment. Like a pup greeting his mother for the first time in a long time, he moves along side me. I hear his words, and give a bit of a giggle, though before I could right what the black prince assumes, the other female chimes in. "Not his mother, but I am the mother of the lands you stand on." I smirk, introducing myself properly to them both.
"I am Jaidah, Night Mother of Asteraia and shadows. Both of you are welcome to stay, if you wish it." They are dangerous, dark, like me. "And, no...I am not for eating, none of my pack is." I am intrigued by them, wondering if they would stay. The female seemed a bit flighty, but I wondered if Tobias would believe his assumption or the woman behind him. I could run with delusions, I could play mom. I am now, to Widow and Gehenna, and I will again to my forming litter. They baffled me, with their scars and almost destructive manner toward one another, I could only assume they were either siblings or mates. They seemed close enough in appearance that they could be related, though perhaps it was wrong to say all black wolves looked the same anymore. Reaver and I often display our passions in blood sport, perhaps this is what this is.
Either way, I hope they stay with me, I could really use wolves like them.
