Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

She has been careful in her previous choosing of a mate just as she will be particular about her next one. It seems that she has been wise enough to go with her instinct on this one as she had found the beast within the deepest confines of Diveen. Her thoughts had barely lingered on the creature of Tobias’ blood before but now it only made sense. She had always revered Tobias for his strength and ability to not only survive but thrive within Moladion, nearly bringing it to its knees before him. The blood of such a monster would only be fitting to intermingle with her own and create the next generation of greats.

He begins to lead away from the canyon pack and closer toward her original home, a place she has loved for its vantage points, though it is not as wild as the woodland. She has always been drawn into the forest for its darkness, its security and yet she has never made a den there for reasons unknown. Still, it remains a favored place to her. But she feels comfortable enough among the crags just as she knows them like the own labyrinth within her mind and so she follows him with the slightest bit of excitement for what he has in store.

Ice blue and golden eyes flicker to her very den site just beyond the cliffs before returning to Elijah as she comes to stand beside him. He moves closer, the heat of his presence pressing against her body as he circles about and continues onward before she can process that he had dared to come so close again. She finds that it is not so unwanted this time around though and the urges of winter pressure her further to pursue him.

They meld with the darkness of this moonless night, her pitch figure becoming one with the shadows of the twilight while the white of his own matches the snow upon the earth. They stop again and her eyes follow his own direction to the ram that pick at the last blades of grass upon the crags. Glacial optics flick back to Elijah as his muscle coils to spring him forward toward the herd. She follows quickly although she does not dare to go for the same sheep as he – she will hold her own tonight for she knows these mountains well. She lives and breathes them every day.

Powerful muscles tighten and release as she launches across the rocky terrain with practiced ease. Large paws grip against the boulders as claws scrape across the surface and she is soon upon one of the victims. They scatter speedily but she is smarter as she cuts one off and dives in for the throat. Fear is witnessed in its eyes at the last moment as she clamps down upon the jugular with little effort; she is much larger and well equipped to make such a move. Eyes scan the shadowed area for her hunting company though he is not found as of yet and just for the hell of it she beings to toss her skull back and forth ferociously. Why can’t she have a bit of fun? A squeal of pain escapes the sheep’s vocals for a second before it is silenced and she is assuaged.
