Ok she can admit that she was very, very stubborn. She wasn’t about to answer to his beck and call, there wasn’t any way that she would come when he called. She was far, far too prissy to do that, and right now, she was feeling as though he could do something for once. She was carrying his pups, not that he knew that, right? But still. She was too stubborn to give in to him. Relaxing in front of the small den that was hers, dual shaded eyes watching the area surrounding her. She waited to catch sight of him, wondering what was bringing him here. She hadn’t spoken of wanting to see him again, but it seemed that he had other plans. She didn’t know what he wanted, did he have an idea of the pups? Or was he just assuming that he could stroll in and take over her life? Either way, she was staying here. Asteraia was her home, and she wasn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
As soon as she caught sight of the white male walking towards her, she yawned, acting as if waiting for him was really taking a toll on her. She didn’t know what was going to happen, but for some reason, she wasn’t excited for it. She watched him as he came closer. She steeled her emotions, keeping her facial features steady as she watched him. His words come across as a statement, and I resist the urge to roll my eyes as he speaks. He needed confirmation, apparently. “You’re not stupid. You know what’s changed. Why do I need to spell it out?” She huffs, her tail wrapping around her red striped legs, curling around to add more mystery to her middle. She knew she was pregnant, the little worms had been moving around more this past week. It wasn’t going to be long until they were here, and quite frankly she didn’t know why he was so curious about the whole thing.
It wasn’t like she needed him. He had done his part when he impregnated her. The rest was her job, obviously. She shifted her weight softly, adjusting her stance for a moment before she gave in, slightly. Why was she so stubborn when it came to dealing with him? It didn’t make sense, her reaction to him, but she decided to be nice—for now. “You’re going to be a father come spring. Is that what you wanted to hear?”
