Tried to call the Spafford highway superintendents phone to report a tree down near the intersection of Stanton and Becker rd. Phone just rang and rang and went to a voice mail box that was not set up. I ended up calling the cops to get it taken care of. When Carl was in charge he always had that phone on him. Who are we supposed to call if something needs to get taken care of? I feel like calling the cops was silly but the tree was blocking the whole road.
