She had never had the opportunity to be close to Ceal, and yet, she had a feeling this exercise might bring them closer one way or another. Indeed, the words the girl spoke had given her reason to respect her for more than just her spoken deeds - a wolf who understood that the quest for knowledge was endless was surely a wolf Niviaq could vouch for. It was a good sign, too, that Spirane's future would be in good paws if Ceal took the reins as their lead healer. A healer who grew too complacent in their position would crumble under pressure, and it was always those in their care that suffered for it.

"You are correct, Ceal. Those in our line of work can never become content with just knowing what we know. We must always seek out new methods. I am glad to hear you have learnt this."

She returned to silence then, sitting by their queen and watching closely. Ceal's movements seemed confident, her initial observations correct and indeed, she continued down the correct path. In fact, Niviaq could not help but nod along to her words, wincing when she rolled the limb however. Even from her distance, she could of sworn she had heard and felt the disturbance below the skin. She had moved to speak, though Ceal was quick to continue - this time, she had called for Niviaq's assistance. With a determined nod, Niviaq rose simply and approached, taking her position with a feigned caution. After all, in a real situation, the wolf below them would have likely have been quite agitated. The risk of a bite rose tremendously if there was greater damage to the body - shock, and stress, worked as an excellent catalyst for fear and aggression.

With her body sprawled across the kid's, she did her best to press her weight down without causing much discomfort (or, at least, if their patient had been alive). It would be best to avoid much pressure on the rib cage, for example. Still, she took the time to nod along to each of Ceal's observations, flashing Daenarys a broad grin of reassurance. After all, the exercise had been going much better than even Niviaq could have expected!

However, the moment she heard and felt the bones reconnect, she could not help but wince, gritting her teeth as she imagined just what it might have felt like for a living patient. However, her next blurb seemed to have struck a chord in Niviaq. Instantly, her eyes flashed between the two. She could not help but chime in, remembering back on Faol'an.

"A wolf is indeed very capable of surviving and thriving with three limbs. They may recover emotionally, too, if we provide them with suitable support. I would... certainly recommend that we reach out to try and learn more about what services we can provide. It will help all those that are wounded in their spirit."

Instantly, she fell silent once more. She watched closely as Ceal went back to work, watching as she positioned the limb so that it might have stayed straight. It would be a grueling process to heal such a wound. Wounds like that had been the reason Niviaq feared every time a leader was summoned to battle; even if it healed, residual pain and weakness was always a risk. Still, for now, she had done the best she could and with a toothy grin, Niviaq left her former position of holding their patient down and rose, shaking her pelt off before returning to the side of Daenerys.
