The Lagoon had been quiet much like the grave when the family arrived. But with the young horses playing it would surely bring in a beast or two in which it did. A set of golden eyes blinked from the shadows to stare out at the roan woman who now stood alone. Though these golden eyes were darker with a more intense hunger that came with youth. Not a noise was made as it watched Zalika and only disappeared when Felony seemed to materialize beside the mare. The beast didn't say anything as he reached over and drug his teeth across her flesh as if claiming her as his all over again.


Since seeing her in the Falls and bringing the small family back into his home, it was nearly time for Felony to see Zalika off again. The brute had thought about keeping Leda here for his own goals knowing that Scythe wouldn't make of any use, but decided that he would let the filly stay with Zalika. His eyes drifted across the scar that still shown on her face and although he did not feel sorry in the least, he wondered if that would bring more loyalty from the mare who had produced him the most foals.


Finally after much silence as the stallion stood beside the mare, Felony finally spoke. "You hid well for Fall" he said in a nearly accusing tone. But Felony did not dwell on that fact but instead moved on to something else. "Zalika, I have come to tell you that you will not be leaving again." he stated.
