Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Return to Lunar Children

No Method, Just Madness

His distorted mind was touched with a craze that had not left him since Lillith was murdered and since the sickness invaded his already weakened state. Psychosis was something of an everyday occurrence to the lumbering brute, and now was no different with the laughter of grass and the chatter of trees. He would see yellow eyes in the corner of his vision, that would disappear once he turned to look at them, hoping to see Lillith's shadow figure to lure him back into her world. When his head turns this time to attempt to catch a sight of what is not actually there, he sees the pathetic creature that had taunted him for years.

He was weak and small, despite his angered state. Andras could feel the energy, and it seemed to radiate off the boy as the voice of the boy chased him in the air. The world did blur a bit, his only focus on the smaller boy that held his blood. A scream was heard within his head, a shrill cry of Lillith, at least, he swore it was there, with his red-tipped ears twitching in response to something that Meryl would never be able to identify. His head moves slightly in a manner that humans would identify as sickened or drunk, his lips rippling with a terrifyingly dark and deep growl that would cause even the mountains of Spirane to shudder in terror.

He was not capable of processing the nuances of the situation. His mind was fixated and he was commanded by a force not solely his in his own mind. At least, it was not his as he was before, the imprint bond had severed him and yet made him whole, with Lillith being gone and yet still lingering and slithering. He could not process consequence in the real world, or the truth of the actions that were about to occur. It simply did not matter. His form of muscle blackened by his pelt and reddened along his neck barreled forward, like an angered bull that was taunted and teased.

He did not see anything but red his body was filled with a sudden energy he had lacked for months. It was like his body was waiting for this moment, storing up all that he needed for this time in his life, that may unite him with his Lillith once more if only he could kill the spawn that he knew displeased her so much. He may not know who her killer is, but this is one thing he did know. His jaws flashed open, teeth yellowed with age as his legs propel him straight towards Meryl. He is ready to snap, and when he gets close enough, he does not hesitate to grasp and ravage whatever part of his flesh comes near. Andras did not care. He is blinded, driven simply by his baser instincts, by a primal force of life and nothing more.
