Tonight the creature marked forever as a Monster was moving towards hallowed grounds of the Cavern. This was her sanctuary. Here she could roam where it was always cool and dark, a place where light feared to tread. For long periods of time she stayed within the maze of tunnels walking through them as if she owned the place. Very few dared to tread at the open gates of Hell and she was one of the few that knew most about this place. She could enter one open gaping mouth and travel down through the twists and turns and find her way to the other side of the cavern. It was the perfect place to hide should she be followed and yet none seemed to attempt such a foolish thing. Here in blossom she was unknown. No one knew of the murderess that stalked through the shadows taking down wolves here and there. No one knew her name. It is difficult to fear something that does not have a name. The only ones that knew what she was capable of were the ones that were connected to the victims.

Inhaling the air deeply her eyes would close as she felt her scarred form begin to relax. Quietly she moved closer to one of the ledges that allowed her the opportunity to see everything below. Emerald gem like optics watched those other figurines move as her own body slid down to the ground. These moments alone by herself were when she only got peace. A short sigh escaped the charred lips when the monster's skull dipped down to rest on her forlegs.
