Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Iscariot had been more than ready to go, wanting to hunt and take out one of the deer just beyond their current spot. As long as he got a bite of the prey, then why not help out? Hunting alone did not often gain such meat, and Riot would get it where he could, not minding at all the fact that he had to put forth the work and energy to do so. That was how he was. He needed to do something, anything. It was like being under the guise of something he was not as he did what he could to get to where he was going, and yet... it felt like he was actually becoming that critter. After pretending so well, he was starting to believe that this was who he really was.

The insanity that came with the burst of speed from the younger male did not blind Riot from their target, and he was swiftly there and dancing around the hooves and bodies to look for his in on the matter. The young male had grabbed the doe's back leg, and the female had taken to a leg as well; making the doe come down before the creature was trying to get away again. The creature was already injured enough that Riot could only see failure in this hunt if a rookie mistake was made. Which could very well happen this time around. Riot doesn't even blink at the injury to the female, intent on the hunt right now and little else.

The other male had lept to get to the doe's back and grab at the neck, and Riot took that time to lunge in attempts to grab at the doe's shoulder (of the injured foreleg) and jerk his head if he connected, hoping to make the doe slow and stumble enough for the others to drag her down. It shouldn't take very long now, not with her having been limping already and if his attack worked as intended and the male's weight on the doe. The other would probably be attacking again as well, so Riot doubted this doe would live another day.
